| RESPONSIBILITIES |
|
|
|
| Reporting to an archivist, the trainee will handle a large volume of documents. The trainee will be responsible to take note of the contents of Spanish files and to make French summary of it to facilitate the treatment of it. The trainee will also scan part or all the files, proceeding with inventory and filing documents in boxes for preservation as well as the destruction of documents no longer required. |

| REQUIREMENTS |
|
|
|
- To be registered being studied full-time in September and to be old of less than 30 years;
- Command of the Spanish language;
- Archivist certificate or technical documentation (in progress);
- Experience relating to archives (asset);
- Experience in scanning documents (asset);
- Command of the French and English languages, spoken and written;
- Portuguese (asset);
- Mastery of Microsoft Office XP (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Ability to work in team;
- Able to work independently, with good judgement and discretion.

| 35 hours per week at 10 $ per hour |

| RESPONSIBILITIES |

| Reporting to the Director of the Advancement Department, the Data Entry Clerk enters information into the data base and maintains specific database lists up to date. |

| REQUIREMENTS |
|
|
|
- Related college diploma (DEC) or equivalent;
- Three years of relevant experience
- Command of written and oral French and English
- Mastery of Microsoft Office XP (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Very good knowledge of a database program
- Knowledge of Donor Perfect (asset)
- Ability to work in team
- Good judgement and discretion
- Efficiency and autonomy
