| Development and Peace members work in a variety of contexts. Their parish or local group may be located in an urban area, a rural area, an isolated area or a mountainous region. Members may be a parish or local group representative. They might be members of a Diocesan Council. The DC may meet monthly, or only once or twice a year. Other areas meet in a Core meeting twice a year. |

Whatever their context, members meet with each other and learn more about the organization’s work through the annual Share Lent and Fall Action workshops. Participants then promote the campaign and Development and Peace’s work in their local group or parish, developing their own leadership skills in the process. |
