Development and Peace staff makes regular field visits and works with national consultants and with our more established partners to provide day-to-day support to our newer partners. |

Programs: We develop country programs based on a thorough contextual analysis, undertaken in close collaboration with partners, country-level experts and other donors. |

Modest investments: We maintain funding at modest levels, thus supporting a broad range of organizations with smaller absorption capacities. |

Networking and advocacy: We promote networking and coalition-building between our partners at all levels, giving a voice to grassroots social movements and building synergy among our partners. |
