Content:

While global leaders are in high-level meetings talking about how to tackle climate change, more and more activists are being threatened and killed for protecting the forests, waters, and biodiversity that our people and our planet are most in need of. In this event, you will have the chance to hear from Honduran activists facing such threats, learn how Canada can better defend the defenders, and discover how you can take action and be a part of the movement to put people and planet first!

This event will have interpretation for French, English and Spanish and will be recorded.
